Joshua received his B.S. in Biophysics from UCLA and his Master’s in Medical Physics from CAMPEP-accredited Oregon Health & Science University with a focus in diagnostic imaging physics. During his graduate studies, he completed his master’s thesis on metabolic activity imaging using diffusion-weighted MRI. Joshua also worked as a physics assistant in the radiation therapy department at Oregon Health & Science University during his graduate studies.

He passed the ABR part 1 exam in January 2023 and joined UMP as a Medical Physics Resident in June 2023 and graduated in 2025. He is now working for a
